Every session includes my location guide! I am also open to locations of your choice! Depending on the location it may include a small travel fee. Once you have a type of location in mind, I will send you a location and pin of where we will meet! Mini sessions usually take place in Sisters, Oregon and full hour sessions are usually anywhere in Central Oregon. Locations across the globe are available with travel fee. 

In lesser words: you don't. The most important thing is that your family has fun and the pressure is low. The more you try to control it the less everyone will engage. Play with your kids, make it a game and keep them smiling. The more we worry about trying to make them perfect, the less smiles and authentic moments we will capture. Once the mood gets serious it’s hard to recover from. Let the session flow and trust the process. Also, you will never catch me judging you for bringing a little candy bribe. One of my favorites is a squirt of whip cream in their mouth!

Your contract will say within 8 weeks. Average session turn around during busy season is 4-6 weeks and around 3 weeks during off season. If there is a deadline you are trying to meet, please let me know! I can usually accommodate special requests. 

I shoot couples, pregnancy announcements, maternity, newborn, family, extended families, mommy and me, seniors, business branding and I also specialize in boudoir! The bulk of my work focuses on everything having to do with motherhood.

I like to start with some of the typical smiling photos since it is what most people are used to when they step in front of the camera. From there I have us start to loosen up a little bit and add in some easy prompts that will get you moving. A prompt may look like “walk towards me holding hands while looking at each other” or “put baby in the middle and kiss in their neck until they giggle”. The goal is to get genuine smiles and keep it fun and easy!
